Thomas ANTOINE
Acoustic expert at Renault
Automobile acoustic in 2025
Graduated in 1992 at INSA LYON NVH engineer in CATERPILLAR for track type machines, involving noise control for powertrain, cooling systems, transmissions and undercarriage, then joined 01dB Metravib from 2000 to 2004 for multiple worldwide troubleshooting missions in NVH. In 2004, he joined RENAULT powertrain NVH and started operating the L55 NVH center in Lardy, focusiong on powertrain radiation and high frequency noise control then moved to RTR in Romania to setup a team dedicated to powertrain customer performances, and started operation in the new Titu tech center. In 2012, he joined the startup project ACOEM as COO and developed worldwide activities in the domain of predictive maintenance, environmental noise and vibration and NVH advanced engineering. Since early 2018, he took over Charles Zhang position in Renault as expert leader for NVH technologies.
